3) Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
4) Assist the Head Of Outlet with daily outlet operations, documentation and administrative duties.
5) Maintain proper product presentation and ensure the outlet, display areas and stock are clean and well-organised at all times.
6) Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
