QA Engineer

• Design process flows for incoming jobs and create references for QC.
• Handle Corrective Action Reports, monitor their effectiveness, and generate monitoring
reports.
• Inspect outgoing test pieces using equipment such as Calo Grind, Rockwell Hardness
Tester, Adhesion Tester, and microscopes before release.
• Generate reports (Incoming, In-process, Outgoing) as required by the respective Sales
PIC.
• Arrange yearly calibration for all equipment and machines according to the established
calibration schedule, and manage equipment that cannot be used after calibration,
ensuring proper disposal methods are arranged.
• Address any issues that arise during the in-process phase.
• Input data for incoming customer parts and outgoing parts into the ERP system.
• Assist with any issues faced by relevant departments in the ERP system.
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for QC, amending them as
necessary to reflect any changes in processes.
• Participate in internal audits, external audits, quarterly management meetings, and
customer audits.
• Ensure that procedures and data for ISO 9001 in the quality department are always up
to date and compliant with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Serve as the Document Controller for the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015.
• Provide backup support for QC when necessary.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
