Resort Housekeeping

1. Guest Room and Accommodation Cleaning
- Clean and maintain guest chalet, tent, toilet, floors and other surfaces.
2. Public Area Cleaning
- Clean and maintain common areas, reception, walkways, public toilets and outdoor areas.
3. Cleaning Supplies and Equipment
- Monitor and replenish housekeeping supplies, toiletries, cleaning materials and equipment.
4. Linen and Laundry Management
- Collect, sort and manage linens, towels and other laundry items.
5. Guest Service and Lost & Found
- Respond and assist to guest request and housekeeping related needs.
- Report on lost and found items.
6. Safety, Hygiene and Maintenance
- Follow workplace safety procedures and hygiene standards
- Identify and report on maintenance issues, damages and safety hazards.
7. General Responsibilities
- Complete daily cleaning tasks according to the schedule and checklist given by supervisor.
