We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Operator to perform product assembly according to work instructions and quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate assembly, maintaining product quality, and achieving daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assemble components and products according to SOPs, drawings, and work instructions.
-Operate basic assembly tools, machines, and equipment.
-Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and identify defects.
-Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
-Maintain workplace cleanliness and comply with safety requirements.
-Report assembly issues, material shortages, and equipment abnormalities to the supervisor.
-Complete production records and follow quality control procedures.
Requirements:
-Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
-Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is an advantage.
-Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
-Able to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
-Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
-Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
