SEMICONDUCTOR OPERATOR SENAI JOHOR

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Semiconductor Operator to operate production equipment, handle semiconductor components, and ensure products meet quality standards. The candidate must follow strict process procedures, maintain cleanliness, and comply with safety and ESD requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
-Operate semiconductor production equipment according to SOPs and work instructions.
-Perform assembly, inspection, testing, and packaging of semiconductor products.
-Monitor production processes and report machine abnormalities or product defects.
-Follow cleanroom procedures and electrostatic discharge (ESD) control requirements.
-Maintain product quality, workplace cleanliness, and production records.
-Meet daily production targets while minimizing defects and material wastage.
-Support basic machine troubleshooting and coordinate with technicians when necessary.

Requirements:
-Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
-Previous semiconductor or manufacturing experience is an advantage.
-Good attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
-Willing to work in a cleanroom environment and wear appropriate protective clothing.
-Able to work shifts, overtime, and as part of a team when required.
-Responsible, disciplined, and committed to workplace safety and quality.
