Store Assistant

Job Purpose:

-Support the daily operations of the store by providing excellent customer service and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

-Serve customers professionally and courteously.
-Operate the cashier/POS system and handle cash accurately.
-Replenish merchandise and ensure shelves are adequately stocked.
-Arrange and display products according to merchandising standards.
-Check product pricing and expiry dates.
-Receive and inspect stock deliveries.
-Perform stock counting and inventory checks.
-Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards.
-Report damaged, missing or defective products to the supervisor.
-Perform other store-related duties as assigned.
