Production Engineer

About the role:
• Plan, organize and supervise daily production activities to meet production schedules and targets
• Monitor CNC machine performance and utilization besides supervising CNC machine operators and production workers
• Ensure products are manufactured according to drawings, specification and quality requirements
• Develop and improve manufacturing process to increase productivity and reduce production costs

Your skills and experiences:
• Possess Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Mechatronics Engineering, CNC Manufacturing or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience, preferably with 2-3 years in supervisory/management position
• Candidate with industry background of metal fabrication, CNC machine operations, cutting tools or blade manufacturing is encouraged to apply
