RESTAURANT MANAGER

Responsible for managing all functions, operations of the Straits Café & Lounge,
implementation of highest levels of Restaurant, Lounge and In Room Dining service
and product standards, as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Restaurant
Manager is also responsible for maximizing revenues, profitability of the outlets,
creating marketing initiatives, sales strategies to deliver the maximum revenues to the
outlets within his area of responsibility. Provides key leadership, direction and
supervision for the outlets. Responsible for all training, achieving highest standards of
guest / customer satisfaction, maintaining the outlets in excellent condition and
smooth running of the outlets.
