Ensure food quality, taste, portion sizes and presentation meet the restaurant's standards. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, cooking equipment and food preparation areas. Monitor food ingredients and stock levels, ensure proper food storage, and follow food safety and hygiene procedures. Work closely with other kitchen staff to prepare customer orders efficiently and perform other duties as assigned by the employer.
