Quantity Surveyor

Overview
We are a vibrant and fast-growing company involved in infrastructure construction and property development. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, monitoring site progress, preparing measurements, and ensuring that work is completed within budget and according to contract requirements.

Job Responsibilities
• Prepare and verify site measurements and quantity take-offs.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and progress claims.
• Evaluate subcontractor claims and prepare payment certificates.
• Assist in contract administration and variation orders.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and cost records.
• Ensure compliance with contract specifications and company procedures.

Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant site QS experience (fresh graduates with strong motivation may also apply).
• Good knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and measurement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and QS software (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX, or equivalent is an advantage).
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel to project sites.
