Education: Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience in site supervision, specifically within civil and structural (C&S) construction projects.
Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with C&S works, reinforcement details, concrete works, and site execution processes.
Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage on-site teams effectively.
Mobility: Must be based in or willing to work on-site located within Penang.
Must have CIDB
