• Verify Fixes: Perform unit testing, functional testing & regression testing to ensure positive results that resolved bugs do not cause new issues.
• Collaborate with Teams/Business User: Work with department business users, test manager and BA to understand project requirements and clarify bug reports.
• Maintain Documentation: Assist in updating test cases, user guides, and testing logs as applications evolve.
