OPERATOR

1. To assist in mould making with instruction by Team Leader.
2. To wax the mould with a mould releasing agent, wax or wrap with film.
3. To mix the resin with catalyst.
4. To wet the mould with respective resin.
5. To apply glass ie. CSM/ WR or filament rowing to form the products.
6. To release the trapped air ie. bubbles with a metal roller.
7. To release the products from the mould when products is fully cured.
8. To install all necessary fittings to the products ie flanges, manhole, cat & ladder, hold down lug & lifting lug.
9. To help in preparation of filament roving in the filament process.
10. To dislodge the finish filament wind products from the machine.
11. To surface preparation and then final coating.
12. To help move the finish products at respective bay.
13. To load the finish product for delivery & despatch.
14. To clean and housekeeping respective working area.
15. Authorized to perform production job.
