Maintenance Technician (HVAC)

1. Installation and Setup
- Install, configure, and test equipment or systems according to technical specifications and safety regulations.
- Reporting after job completed by getting signature from client on the service sheet.

2. Maintenance and Repair
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair faults or malfunctions in equipment.
- Replace or repair defective parts using hand tools and power tools.
- Troubleshooting - Identify technical problems using diagnostic tools and methodologies.
- Provide technical support to resolve system or equipment issues.

3. Safety and Compliance
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards.
- Ensure work complies with company and regulatory guidelines.

4. Collaboration
- Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and other team members.
- You are subject to the authorities and instructions of various Senior Executives of the Company as and when directed to from time to time. It is imperative for you to maintain a cordial and healthy relationship with your colleagues and superiors.

5. Documentation and Reporting
- Ensure proper pass over service sheet.
- Report out any single issue to superior daily.
- Maintain records of repairs, calibrations, maintenance logs, and service reports.
- Report issues to supervisors and suggest improvements.
