PROJECT MANAGER

1. Strategic Mining Project Planning & Execution
• Develop and implement comprehensive project execution strategies covering mineral exploration, mine development, excavation, ore extraction and mineral processing operations.
• Establish project milestones, operational schedules, manpower deployment plans and resource utilization strategies to achieve production targets.
• Evaluate project feasibility, operational constraints and potential risks to ensure effective project implementation.

2. Specialized Mining Operations Management
• Direct and coordinate integrated mining activities involving drilling and blasting, overburden removal, earthworks, ore transportation and mineral processing.
• Apply specialized knowledge of iron ore mining methodologies to improve operational productivity, material recovery and overall project efficiency.
• Oversee the coordination of mining equipment, mobile crushing systems, ball mills and associated processing facilities to ensure uninterrupted operations.

3. Project Cost Control & Resource Optimization
• Develop and monitor project budgets, operational expenditures and equipment utilization plans to maximize project profitability.
• Implement cost optimization strategies through effective workforce management, equipment deployment and operational scheduling.
• Evaluate project performance indicators and recommend strategic improvements to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.

4. Technical Coordination & Operational Risk Management
• Coordinate with mining specialists, technical personnel and contractors to ensure project activities comply with approved operational plans and technical specifications.
• Oversee operational risk assessments, site safety management and environmental protection measures throughout project execution.
• Resolve complex operational challenges involving project scheduling, resource availability, equipment coordination and production continuity.

5. International Expertise Transfer & Local Workforce Development
• Introduce advanced mining project management methodologies and operational best practices acquired through international mining experience.
• Provide structured training and professional guidance to Malaysian personnel in mining project coordination, production planning, resource optimization and operational risk management.
• Develop local supervisory and management capabilities through knowledge transfer, mentoring and practical on-site training.

6. Stakeholder Management & Project Performance
• Serve as the principal coordination point between company management, project stakeholders, contractors and relevant regulatory authorities.
• Monitor project progress, evaluate operational performance and prepare comprehensive management reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure project execution aligns with the company's long-term business expansion objectives, environmental commitments and operational standards.
