Service Delivery Coordinator (Pressure Pumping-Coiled Tubing

Job Title: Service Delivery Coordinator (Pressure Pumping – Coiled Tubing)
Location: Kemaman, Terengganu, Malaysia

Role Summary:-
As Service Delivery Coordinator, you'll ensure flawless execution and on time delivery for the assigned projects. You'll coordinate the required job activities to ensure COMPANY execute the job in line with ours and customer expectations. You'll work on a team and be required to satisfy our customer requirements.

Essential Responsibilities:-
• Conducting all activities in compliance with company HSE standards, operational procedures, well control requirements, and client-specific drilling programs.
• Coordinating and monitoring all Coiled Tubing Drilling (CTD) operations across organizational boundaries for pressure pumping with prompt escalation of any operational, safety, or service delivery concerns.
• Scheduling and dispatching qualified personnel, coiled tubing units, bottom hole assemblies (BHAs) and associated equipment in alignment with well objectives and operational requirements.
• Coordinating pre-job engineering reviews, operational readiness reviews, and risk assessments, ensuring all required contingencies and mitigation plans are in place prior to mobilization.
• Ensuring compliance with well control practices, pressure management procedures, barrier policies, and client operational requirements throughout the drilling campaign.
• Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars
• Coordinating and monitoring all job activities across organizational boundaries with prompt escalation of any issues that can impact service delivery
• Scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements
• Performing offset well / similar job analysis to understand application hazards and incident potential
• Comparing job as planned versus job as executed and document any lessons learned globally to ensure opportunity for continuous improvement

Essential Requirements of the role:-
• Years of experience: At least 10 years
• Field of experience: Coiled Tubing Drilling
• People Management Experience: 5 years
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of Coiled Tubing Drilling operations, BHAs, motors, MWD systems, and directional drilling principles.
• Knowledge of well intervention and underbalanced drilling techniques.
• Experience with drilling performance analysis and NPT management.
• Familiarity with well construction, well integrity, and well control requirements.

• Soft Skills: Communication, Coordination & Organization, Problem Solving, customer service orientation, time management, stakeholder management, teamwork & collaboration etc
• Tools or Software (Required): MS Office
• Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related Field
• Industry Background or Experience (Required): Oilfield Service
• Target Companies: Schlumberger, Halliburton, Weatherford
