Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Fresh graduates / experienced candidates are welcome (adjustable if needed).
- Knowledge of costing, contracts, and construction practices.
- Good analytical and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and communication ability.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimation, tendering, and budgeting.
- Handle project costing, quotations, and contract administration.
- Monitor project expenses and cost control.
- Prepare claims, progress payments, and valuation reports.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Ensure project costs align with budgets and timelines.
