• Develop creative and innovative gold jewellery designs based on market trends and customer requirements.
• Prepare jewellery sketches, technical drawings and design concepts for gold jewellery collections.
• Design various gold jewellery products, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, pendants, earrings and wedding jewellery.
• Convert design concepts into practical jewellery designs suitable for manufacturing.
• Perform goldsmithing work, including gold fabrication, shaping, soldering, assembling, polishing and finishing.
• Select appropriate gold materials, alloys and components based on product specifications.
• Determine suitable jewellery dimensions, weight, structure and finishing techniques.
• Work closely with diamond setters, stone setters and production teams to ensure design accuracy.
• Ensure jewellery designs meet quality, durability, aesthetic and production requirements.
• Monitor the jewellery manufacturing process to ensure the final products match approved designs.
• Conduct quality inspections on completed jewellery pieces.
• Identify opportunities to improve jewellery designs, craftsmanship and production efficiency.
• Develop customised jewellery designs according to customer specifications.
• Ensure minimal material wastage while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.
