QCA Executive

Requirements:
- Age below 40 years
- Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in QC/QA, preferably in paint or chemical manufacturing.
- Knowledge of laboratory testing and quality control procedures.
- Able to perform root cause analysis and handle customer complaints.
- Good documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership skills and ability to supervise a QC team.
- Familiar with ISO 9001 is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
1) Lead and supervise team to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
2) Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
3) Coordinate quality checks, inspections, and testing activities.
4) Handle quality issues and follow up on corrective actions.
5) Ensure proper documentation and reporting of quality results.
6) Work closely with Production and other departments to improve quality.
7) Analyze root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
8) Guide team members and ensure compliance with safety and work procedures.
9) Any ad-hoc task as assigned by the Manager.
