Customer Service Specialist [Tagalog Speaker]

**Who are we looking for?**

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Tagalog
- Required Business level of Tagalog
- Diploma or above in any field (Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferred
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong time management skills with a drive to exceed expectations
- Ability to multi-task and tailor responses based on customer information and specific needs
- Strong communicator with effective listening and empathy skills, plus good phone etiquette (pace, tone, voice quality, grammar, and articulation)
- Comfortable working with multiple computer systems with the ability to learn and adapt quickly

**What is your mission?**

- Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels in Japanese
- Identify customer needs and research existing issues to provide strategic solutions, while clarifying any confusion
- Ensure first contact resolution and follow up with service partners and internal departments to close cases in accordance with service standards
- Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to enhance workflow and customer experience
- Deliver the best services to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
- Perform any other duties assigned by management in support of the organization's Quality Management System (QMS)
