LATHE MACHINE OPERATOR SENAI JOHOR

We are seeking a skilled Lathe Machine Operator to operate and maintain conventional or CNC lathe machines, producing precision components according to technical drawings and required specifications. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of machining processes, measuring instruments, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:
-Set up and operate lathe machines to manufacture components accurately.
-Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
-Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining methods.
-Measure and inspect finished components using vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
-Perform routine machine maintenance and report any defects or breakdowns.
-Ensure products meet required quality, dimensional, and surface-finish standards.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
-Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements.

Requirements:
-Previous experience as a Lathe Machine Operator or similar machining role.
-Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
-Good knowledge of machining tools, materials, and basic machine maintenance.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
