Job Responsibilities
Assist the Engineering Manager in implementing the engineering management system and oversee daily technical operations within the assigned module, including SMT equipment, DIP equipment, optical inspection, process engineering, process technology, or New Product Introduction (NPI).
Develop technical solutions, operating standards, and improvement plans for the assigned module. Lead the resolution of technical issues and drive process optimization.
Manage the assigned technical team, provide skills training, develop talent succession plans, and compile and review technical performance data.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Production Planning and Material Control (PMC), and other departments to resolve technical issues arising during manufacturing.
Support the introduction and validation of new equipment and processes, and complete other technical tasks assigned by the Engineering Manager.
Drive the implementation of projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing manufacturing costs.
Job Requirements
Diploma or above in Electronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
At least three years of engineering supervisory experience in the relevant technical module within server PCBA or other electronics manufacturing industries. In-depth knowledge of the applicable technical standards and operating procedures is required.
Strong team management, technical problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills, with extensive experience in handling technical abnormalities and implementing continuous improvements.
Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English. Experience in engineering management at manufacturing facilities in Malaysia is preferred.
Strong execution, problem-solving, and stress-management skills.

Recruitment will be conducted for six specialized modules: SMT Equipment, DIP Equipment, Optical Inspection, Process Engineering, New Production Line Introduction, and New Product Introduction (NPI).
