🎯 Job Objective
The Assembly Technician performs complex assembly using machinery, tools, and equipment. This role involves following detailed operational instructions and conducting standard quality control (QC) testing to ensure high production standards.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

⚙️ CXS Assembly:
📌 Perform machine assembly, including wiring, generator, and detector components.
📌 Conduct Final Assembly after cross-check completion and obtain official approval from the RPO.

⚡ Generator Assembly:
📌 Inner Assembly: Perform inner assembly processes across all generator models (material preparation, jumper, tube & cap assembly, sub-inner assembly, and inspection).
📌 Offline Preparation: Support the main line with lead shielding, stamping lead coats/plates, housing assembly & inspection, and lacing assembly.
📌 Oil Filling & Testing: Perform oil filing procedures (oil line filter, oil cooler, expansion tank, Mica fluid oil purification system, electrical safety, and leakage tests).
📌 HR12 & HR14 Lines: Execute inner assembly (heating transformer, anode, cathode) and external assembly (set assembly & ATU assembly).

🔬 IMS Assembly & Testing:
📌 Perform assembly processes for all IMS products (wash & bake, swab, pen, token, condenser, calibrant, reactant, and membrane assemblies).
📌 Conduct essential QC testing for cleanliness and sensitivity across all IMS products.

🛠️ General Operations & Compliance:
📌 Maintain workplace cleanliness and strictly comply with safety and quality protocols.
📌 Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives for production efficiency.
📌 Handle ad-hoc operational tasks and duties as required by line management.

🎯 Requirements & Qualifications
🎓 Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
⏳ Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or related industries are preferred.

🧠 Skills & Competencies:
📌 Minimal prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
📌 Ability to grasp general assembly concepts and follow detailed instructions accurately.
📌 Basic technical competency with eagerness to build expertise through hands-on experience.
