- Monitoring SOA I-Coating & Brighten
- Key in Purchase Invoice
- Entering invoice into the accounts payable system
- Processing Payment
- Filling and maintaining supplier records
- Checking and verifying invoices
- Prepare cheques for payment
- Perform monthly reconciliation VTA all bank account
- Update creditor aging report
- To perform general account analysis on financial activities
- Preparation of monthly forecast and planning
- Processing trade local & foreign currency loan
- Is responsible for accurately and consistently using company systems and tools (e.g. ERP) in their daily work to ensure data integrity, smooth operations, and compliance with company processes.
