- Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns on lifts and escalators to restore safe operation with minimal downtime.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new lifts.
- Respond to breakdown calls and support standby/on-call duties when required.
- Follow safety procedures and DOSH regulations at all times.
- Complete service reports and maintenance records accurately.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
