- Maintain and improve the company's websites and internal systems, fix bugs and keep them running smoothly
- Build new features, campaign landing pages and booking/inquiry forms
- Manage hosting, domains, SSL, backups and system security
- Maintain and improve automations
- Set up and maintain marketing tracking (Meta Pixel, GA4, WhatsApp links) with the marketing team
- Document all systems and give weekly progress reports to management
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Uses AI coding tools daily (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot)
- Able to read, understand and debug existing code, including AI-generated code
- Good with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and at least one web framework
- Familiar with Git/GitHub
- Has a portfolio of live websites or systems
- Able to explain technical matters in simple terms to non-technical staff
- Experience with Google Apps Script, SEO or travel/booking systems is an advantage
