JOB DESCRIPTION:-
1. Assist Account Executive - AR, AP, Petty cash and full set of account.
2. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
3. Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information.
4. Handled and liaised with suppliers in terms of quotation and etc.
5. Prepare ledger, PL, bookkeeping and etc.
6. Assits for handling confidential documents, correspondences, records and maintaining an organized filing for smooth data retrieving.
7. Check all financial transactions for accuracy.
8. Assist for bank reconcilation.
9. Any other tasks as and when assigned by superior from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENT:-
1. Possess a recognized at least diploma in Accountancy or professional accounting qualification or equivalent.
2. Proven knowledge of book keeping and accounting principles, practices, standards and regulation.
4. Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools (Accounting software; AutoCounts, • • • MS Office; strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint and etc).
5. High attention to details and accuracy.
6. Good communication skills; both written and verbal.
