Sales Assistant

Job Responsibilities
1. Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful customer service.
2. Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable health shoes based on their foot conditions, comfort and daily activities.
3. Explain product features, including arch support, cushioning, shock absorption and anti-slip features where applicable.
4. Assist customers with shoe fitting, size selection and product comparisons.
5. Actively promote products and work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
6. Follow up with customers and encourage purchases through professional and friendly communication.
7. Maintain shop cleanliness, product displays and proper shoe arrangement.
8. Check stock levels and ensure all shoe sizes are properly arranged and available.
9. Handle customer enquiries, complaints and exchanges professionally.
10. Prepare daily sales reports and update customer feedback when required.
11. Distribute flyers and approach potential customers when required.
12. Follow company policies, working schedules and instructions from management.

Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
- Comfortable approaching customers and promoting products.
- Willing to work towards sales targets.
