Warehouse Operator

Job Responsibilities

1. Handle daily warehouse operations for server PCBA materials and finished goods, including receiving, put-away, storage, material kitting, picking, shipping, and stocktaking.
2. Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and verify material codes, specifications, and quantities to ensure operational accuracy.
3. Implement First-In, First-Out (FIFO) procedures, Moisture Sensitive Device (MSD) and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) control requirements, and maintain 5S standards in warehouse storage locations.
4. Accurately complete operational documents and records, promptly report operational and material abnormalities, and assist with inventory checks.
5. Assist in identifying and segregating bonded materials and maintaining inventory records to ensure compliance with customs requirements.
6. Complete daily reconciliations and monthly closing activities. Ensure all inventory transactions are supported by authorized documents, recorded in the correct accounting period without cross-period posting, and reported on time. Maintain consistency between inventory records and physical stock.
7. Conduct daily checks of all inventory transactions in the system to prevent missing or duplicate entries.
8. Classify and organize warehouse documents on a daily basis to ensure consistency between supporting documents and inventory records.

Job Requirements

1. Junior high school education or above, with a strong sense of responsibility and good manual dexterity.
2. At least one year of warehouse operations experience in server PCBA or other electronics manufacturing industries is preferred. Ability to understand material codes and basic SOPs is required.
3. Basic computer skills, willingness to follow shift schedules, and basic communication skills.
4. Must comply with factory ESD control requirements and workplace safety regulations. A valid forklift license is preferred.
5. Must be able to work rotating shifts.
