QA supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Conduct process audits and highlight any deviations to Production and resolve quality
issue.
2) Ensure proper documentation and record control for easy retrieval.
3) Verify incoming materials against customer and supplier specifications.
4) Ensure products meet quality and food safety requirements.
5) Issue Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for product release.
6) Handle supplier non-conformance and initiate corrective actions.
7) Maintain SDS for all chemicals used in the premise.
8) Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections
9) Monitor GMP, hygiene, and temperature control in processing areas.
10) Verify product labelling, weight, swab test and specifications.
11) Handle product trials/studies including process monitoring and documentation.
12) Support internal audits (GMP/ Warehouse/ Cold room) and ensure compliance with food
safety standards.
13) In charge of conducting induction training for new staff on quality, food safety, and GMP
requirements.
14) Verify and inspect returned products/materials to ensure compliance and determine
disposition.
15) Assist QA Officer/Executive in issuing Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) for non
conforming materials.
16) Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.
