The ideal candidate combines strong typography, composition, and color skills with the ability to maintain consistency across all brand channels while delivering projects on schedule.
Key Responsibilities

Create print marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, posters, event signage, packaging, and corporate merchandise.
Maintain, enforce, and evolve corporate brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
Develop visual concepts, mood boards, and creative layouts for new campaigns and product launches.
Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with marketing managers, copywriters, video editors, and content teams to execute cohesive campaign visuals.
Prepare print-ready artwork, managing prepress specifications, color profiles (CMYK vs. RGB), bleeding, and die-lines for external vendors.
Format and design polish key executive pitch decks, client proposals, and internal presentation materials.
Adapt and resize master creative assets across multiple dimensions and formats efficiently.
Asset Management & Continuous Improvement
Organize, maintain, and archive design files, templates, stock assets, and graphic libraries.
Incorporate feedback from key stakeholders and iterate designs through review cycles.
Stay current with visual design trends, emerging tools, digital media best practices, and industry standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
Portfolio: A strong design portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, branding, print design, digital advertising, and layout design is required.
