IQC, PQC, OQC Foreman

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage the daily operations of the assigned inspection team, implement inspection plans, and ensure all quality inspection activities for server assembly are completed on schedule during the assigned shift.
2. Supervise inspectors across all inspection stages to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and inspection requirements. Maintain inspection accuracy and timeliness while preventing missed inspections and incorrect judgments.
3. Handle on-site quality abnormalities during the assigned shift, including identification, labeling, segregation of non-conforming products, escalation, follow-up, and closure of corrective actions.
4. Arrange inspector shift schedules, conduct pre-job training, and manage daily team activities. Verify, organize, archive, and hand over inspection records.
5. Maintain 5S and ESD standards in the inspection area, and supervise the proper use and routine maintenance of inspection equipment and instruments.
6. Implement day-to-night and night-to-day shift handover procedures to ensure complete and accurate transfer of inspection status, quality issues, and outstanding actions.

Job Requirements

1. High school diploma or technical secondary school qualification or above. A major in Electronics, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
2. At least 2 years of experience leading a quality inspection team in server assembly or the electronics manufacturing industry, with familiarity with the full inspection processes and standards for IQC, IPQC, FQC, and OQC.
3. Familiar with IPC-A-610 standards and AQL sampling procedures, with the ability to independently handle on-site quality abnormalities.
4. Able to work rotating shifts, including day and night shifts. Basic Chinese and English communication skills are required.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, team management skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Additional Requirements

Required to work rotating shifts and oversee the end-to-end operations and management of the production line during the assigned shift. This position is designed to develop potential candidates for future frontline management roles.
