General Manager, Corporate Finance & Investor Relations

we are looking for a General Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead investor relations and corporate finance. The role connects investor engagement with fundraising and corporate exercises, helping investors understand the business and its financial position.

Requirements
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in leadership.
• Expertise in investor relations, corporate finance, fundraising and capital markets.
• Strong knowledge of Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements.
• Financial analysis, valuation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a listed company and in property or construction is an advantage.

The position owns relationships with investors, analysts and fund managers while overseeing fundraising and corporate exercises. It combines market and investor sentiment analysis with share valuation and compliance responsibilities, offering leadership across both investor communications and financial strategy.
