You will support customers, manage documentation, and keep carriers and internal teams aligned so deliveries arrive on time. As a Customer Service Executive / Sales Coordinator / Operation Executive, you will build practical processes to scale our shipment handling, costing and billing. You will design daily routines that reduce errors, close jobs within deadlines, and improve reporting accuracy. Your role will create smoother handoffs between sales, operations and carriers so our operations run more predictably.
Your Growth & Impact
Accelerate your logistics skills by managing end-to-end air and ocean import-export tasks, including documentation, carrier coordination, customs touchpoints, and delivery monitoring. Gain practical exposure to shipment lifecycles that hiring managers value.
Broaden commercial knowledge through hands-on costing, billing and revenue verification for each shipment. Learn how pricing decisions and margin checks affect customer quotes and company performance.
Build stronger client relationships by taking ownership of enquiries and complaint resolution via email and phone. Coordinate with freight agents and carriers to keep customers informed and reduce follow-up work.
Sharpen operational discipline with accurate job closure and deadline-driven reports to HQ. Maintain daily logs and system updates that improve data quality and reduce rework.

Qualifications:
Possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
Relevant knowledge and experience in ocean & air, both import and export in operations and customer service.
Willing to work in Klang.
Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor daily shipment and update customer for all deliveries in a timely manner.
Liaise with all relevant parties for proper documentation and arrangement of shipments.
Handle and resolve customer complaints or enquiries via email or phone in a timely manner.
Liaise with logistics agencies on the transportation for delivery/shipment of goods.
Liaise with customer for air/sea freight shipments.
Handling costing, billing documentation and payment for air/sea shipment.
Ensure accurate costings and revenues are applied to each shipment.
Ensure all jobs are properly closed within deadline.
Update and maintain all reports as requested by HQ/Management within the deadline.
Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
