1. Report all incidents and breakdowns of electrical equipment to M&E Manager and to attend and solve electrical problems together with other Chargeman & Electrical Technician.
2. Assist the M&E Manager in the planning and carrying out of all preventive Maintenance and routine job.
3. To inspect and monitor HT and LV room, switchgear, bus ducts, transformer, and TNB supply.
4. Establish and review Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for all electrical operation needs and requirements for Mechanical & Electrical Works
5. Performance monitoring and continuous improvement of the Mall electrical equipment, and system towards achieving low operational cost and reliability
6. To assist maintenance work when necessary as such as:
► Air Conditioning System
► Plumbing System
► Fire Protection System
► LPG System
► Water Supply System
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Chargeman BO 11 KV certificate of competency from Energy Commission (EC).
- Preferably 3 years’ experience in building maintenance services/facilities management services in shopping mall operations.
- Hands-on experience, good responsibility, and self-discipline
- Good command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Good communication and leadership skills at every level of the organisation.
- Comfortable to work on shift basis, weekends and public holidays.
