Customer Service Executive

📢 HIRING: CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

📍 Location: Seksyen 16, Shah Alam
💰 Salary: Up to RM3,800/month
📅 Contract: 6 months

**Job Responsibilities:**
- Handle customer enquiries regarding purchase orders, repair orders and order status.
- Provide updates on turnaround time, shipments and delivery schedules.
- Manage customer complaints and warranty claims, coordinating with internal departments for resolution.
- Process orders and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
- Prepare weekly open order reports and daily/monthly sales and order reports.
- Monitor order progress, follow up on delays and escalate issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with operations, quality and engineering teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Support quality, safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Requirements:**
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer support or order management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Microsoft 365 or JDE is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to work independently as well as in a team.
