Service Crew

Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness of the outlet, dining area, kitchen, and other assigned areas to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain dining areas, floors, tables, chairs, and service counters.
- Sweep, mop, and remove rubbish from designated areas.
- Clean and sanitize tables and chairs after customers have finished dining.
- Ensure the cleanliness of toilets, washrooms, and common areas when assigned.
- Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and other kitchen equipment when required.
- Collect and dispose of rubbish properly according to hygiene standards.
- Refill cleaning supplies and ensure cleaning equipment is kept in good condition.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Assist service crew members with basic operational duties when necessary.
- Report any maintenance issues, spills, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications and Requirements
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Hardworking, responsible, and punctual.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Able to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards.
