Quality Engineer

Monitor and improve quality systems in manufacturing, particularly in polymer-related processes (e.g., injection molding, extrusion, compounding).

Implement and maintain quality control procedures aligned with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.

Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and lead corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

Review and analyze production data to identify trends and quality improvement opportunities.

Perform internal audits and support third-party and customer audits.

Collaborate with production and R&D teams to ensure quality from development through to mass production.

Maintain and manage quality documentation such as inspection reports, material certifications, and compliance records.

Train operators and other staff on quality awareness, standards, and procedures.
