Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Finance Manager to lead our finance function and safeguard the financial health of our organization. In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, drive budgeting and forecasting cycles, and deliver data-driven insights to support long-term corporate growth. You will serve as a key advisor to executive leadership, translating complex numbers into actionable business strategies.

Key Responsibilities (Job Scope)

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, review, and present accurate monthly management accounts, financial updates, and year-end statements.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting processes and monthly financial forecasting to optimize resource allocation.
• Strategic Planning: Perform detailed variance and cost analyses to identify margin improvements and guide business decisions.
• Cash Flow & Treasury: Monitor working capital levels, manage cash flow trends, and oversee banking relationships.
• Compliance & Auditing: Ensure strict compliance with corporate tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards
• Risk Management: Develop strategies to mitigate financial risks, enforce strict internal controls, and protect organizational assets.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banking institutions, and cross-functional department heads.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the internal accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy and high performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification: Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or MIA) is highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling)
• Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, sharp problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to present technical financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
