Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the QA team, including performance reviews, training, and development.
2. Oversee daily QA activities, including internal and external audits.
3. Improve and maintain systems for incoming quality control (IQC) and outgoing quality assurance (OQA).
4. Resolve customer quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
5. Act as the Management Representative (MR) for QMS-related dealings with internal and external parties.
6. Ensure compliance with QMS, legal, and regulatory requirements.
7. Maintain and update QMS documentation to reflect current standards and practices.
8. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
