Retail Associate

- Conduct outbound sales, roaming, and roadshows to identify and market opportunities within designated market areas.
- Build and maintain an individual sales pipeline by proactively reaching out to potential customers and collecting leads.
- Follow up diligently on assigned leads via the CRM platform, tracking and managing customer interactions and pipeline progress.
- Establish and execute strategies to achieve monthly enterprise sales targets, nurture leads, and convert them into sales.
- Assist walk-in customers with inquiries, purchases, and service requests while identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell.
- Monitor market trends and competitor actions while serving as the primary point of contact to build strong relationships with SME clients.

Requirements:

- SPM holder and above
- Fresh graduate welcome to apply
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Mandarin speaking ability is an added advantage
