SAFETY AND HEALTH OFFICER

(a) Implement and enforce the Contractor's HSSE Plan. Rules, Procedures and Site Instruction,
(b) Implement and enforce the Contractor's Emergency Management and Response Plan.
(c) Organize and conduct HSSE training,
(d) Organize and conduct HSSE Inspections and audits,
(e) Facilitate incident investigation,
(f) Enforce compliance with requirements of project HSSE legal register,
(g) Monitor, compile and analyze HSSE Statistics and recommend intervention plans,
(h) Conduct HSSE promotions and campaigns;
(i) Perform the duty of Safety and Health Officer as per OSHA 1994, Regulation 18. Duties of safety and health officers.
(j) Full time at Site.
(k) Mandatory to attend at all HSSE related meetings including Site inspection and audits.
(l) Provide knowledge transfer plan for local Sarawakian
