ACCOUNTANT

Working Days: 6 Days per Week (6 Working Days, 1 Rest Day)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), sales and expenses.
Process supplier invoices, prepare payment schedules and arrange supplier payments upon Management approval.
Monitor supplier outstanding balances, payment due dates and prioritize payments based on urgency and credit terms.
Perform bank reconciliations, monitor petty cash and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements, and assist with audit matters.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field.
At least 1–2 years of accounting experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Able to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail.
