Job Description – GENERAL WORKER

Position: General Worker
Industry: Fire Protection / Construction & Engineering
Work Location: Project / Construction Sites

Job Responsibilities
- Assist technicians, skilled workers and site supervisors with daily construction and fire protection activities.
- Assist with installation of fire protection systems such as piping, hose reels, hydrants and sprinkler systems under supervision.
- Prepare tools, materials and equipment required for site work.
- Assist workers with basic drilling, cutting, fitting and assembly work.
- Assist with testing, maintenance and repair activities when required.
- Follow instructions, drawings and work procedures provided by supervisors.

Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction, plumbing, M&E, fire protection or general labour is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work
- Willing to work at construction/project sitess
- Responsible, punctual and hardworking
- Willing to work overtime when required
