1 Perform inspections, checks and sampling procedures of incoming raw materials for
quality, freshness, sampling count (pc/kg).
2 Quality control of the prawn for processing and packing.
3 Product spec - ensure the size of prawn are prepared according to buyers requirement.
4 Responsible of preparing Finish Good Packing Record.
5 Assist Factory Supervisor in day-to-day factory operations.
6 To handle any ad-hoc duties as and when required by management.
