M & E Technician

1. Carry out routine inspection, maintenance, and minor repair works on Mechanical & Electrical (M&E)
systems and equipment.
2. Assist in troubleshooting and rectifying basic mechanical and electrical faults under the guidance of senior
technicians or supervisors.
3. Perform preventive maintenance activities according to the maintenance schedule and established
procedures.
4. Monitor the condition and performance of M&E equipment and promptly report abnormalities, faults, or
safety concerns.
5. Attend to maintenance requests and support day-to-day facilities operations.
6. Assist contractors and external service providers during maintenance, servicing, and repair works.
7. Maintain proper maintenance records, checklists, and documentation.
8. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and maintenance standards at all times.
9. Support continuous improvement initiatives and actively develop technical knowledge and skills.
