Sales Support Executive

ServAuto is one of Malaysia's largest automotive aftersales platforms — 150+ verified workshops covering window tinting, engine oil and car servicing, dashcams and car accessories. We run five active TikTok Shop accounts and produce short-form video at high volume as our primary sales engine, not as marketing decoration.
What you'll own:
- Drafting and prepare sales product materials, sales decks, product guides and other sales support materials.
- Organise and conduct product training and briefings, including on-site product briefings for the Sales team.
- Communicate product features, benefits, key selling points and product updates to support clear and consistent product understanding.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth execution of product-related and sales support activities.
- Support ad hoc sales support activities as required.

What you'll need:
- 2-4 years of experience in automotive parts, FMCG distribution, or retail channel operations/execution.
- Experience in stores/workshops coordination is preferred.
- Experience in training coordination, promotional material execution, or cross-functional coordination with departments is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, while Mandarin is an advantage.
