PACKAGING OPERATOR SENAI JOHOR

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Operator to perform product packaging, labeling, and inspection according to company standards. The candidate will ensure products are packed accurately, meet quality requirements, and are ready for shipment within the production schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
-Operate packaging machines and equipment according to SOPs and work instructions.
-Pack, label, seal, and inspect products to ensure accuracy and quality.
-Verify product quantities, packaging materials, and labeling information.
-Monitor packaging processes and report machine abnormalities or product defects.
-Maintain cleanliness and comply with workplace safety and quality standards.
-Meet daily packaging targets while minimizing material wastage.
-Complete packaging records and ensure finished products are properly stored.

Requirements:
-Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
-Previous packaging or manufacturing experience is an advantage.
-Good attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
-Able to work independently and as part of a team.
-Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
-Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
