Assist in Retail Store Management
Assist the Retail Manager in managing the daily operations of the jewellery retail store and ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Supervise Retail Staff
Supervise, guide and coordinate retail sales staff, including assigning duties, monitoring attendance and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Sales & Customer Service
Assist customers with jewellery selection, product enquiries, pricing and sales transactions, while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Sales Performance & Business Development
Support the achievement of store sales targets, monitor sales performance and assist with promotional campaigns and activities to increase sales.
Jewellery Stock & Inventory Control
Assist in monitoring and controlling jewellery inventory, including receiving, displaying, transferring, checking and reconciling gold jewellery stock and identifying discrepancies.
Gold Product & Transaction Compliance
Ensure proper procedures are followed for jewellery weighing, gold purity verification, pricing, invoicing, payment collection and other retail transactions.
Staff Training & Store Standards
Train and coach retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service and store procedures, while maintaining proper store presentation and security standards.
Management Support & Store Administration
Assist the Retail Manager with operational reports, staff scheduling, administrative matters and store security, and take charge of store operations in the Manager’s absence.
