* 2–5 years of experience in CNC programming, milling, or turning.
* Proficient in CAD/CAM software; Mastercam experience is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of machining processes, GD&T, and tooling.
* Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Familiar with CNC machine setup and operations.
* Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
